Independent house in the Elba Island. Cosy holiday house (80 m2) situated on the north-east side of Elba Island, the largest archipelago in Tuscany. The Marina property is situated in one of the greenest areas on the island and enjoys a view of the sea in the distance and reaches as far as the Tyrrhenian coast. The house is surrounded by spacious grounds made up of terracings, one of which is located in front of the living room and is equipped with table and lounge chairs for outdoor dining. Below the property, among the greenery, passes a secondary road. Car park. The last 150 m of road is not asphalted.
LOCATION: 2.5 km the characteristic village of Cavo (all kinds of shops). 10 km from Rio Marina, another important centre on the island, and 20 km from Porto Azzurro. The sea is approx. 1 km away as the crow flies, but can be reached by car (approx. 2.4 km) (Frugoso beach, Cala delle Alghe (sandy and rocky shore).
