The house also has a shady terrace equipped with table and chairs for eating outdoors. It is possible to arrive at the beach by foot, and a short walk along the pedestrianised road connecting Castiglione della Pescaia to Riva del Sole takes you into the town centre. The villa can be reached by taking a shady woodland road uphill for about 100 metres.
