Description

The veranda leads to a large living room with fireplace. It is divided into a relaxation zone with sofas and armchairs and a dining area with table and chairs to seat 6 people. The kitchen is separate and has a washing machine, gas cooker and fridge. The kitchen leads to a small court at the side of the house, perfect for eating under the shelter of olive plants. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a shower, and both with windows. The first bedroom is a double room facing the terrace, while the second has two single beds and is at the side of the house. The third room has one single bed. A spiral staircase leads to a fourth single bedroom with a private roof terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The property is located in a peaceful area and parking is easy. The villa is not new but is well-maintained and also has a washing machine, TV and fridge with separate freezer.
