This property comprises 9 units all of which furnished in a simple, rustic Tuscan style. The apartments Merse 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are in the main house while Merse 8 and 9 are in the out building. This property offers a large fenced garden with shady areas, panoramic pool, bowling green and several nice corners ideal for relaxing or al-fresco dining. Casale Merse is half-way between Siena and the coastline, between the Chianti and the Maremma region; it is in peaceful location amidst century-old oaks, in the natural Preserve of the “Merse” region. The river “Merse” runs approx. 500 m away and it is a nice swimming spot. The property offers nice views over the surrounding woods and fields and it is an ideal place for those who like being in close contact with nature. A short distance away there are the Petriolo spas (with sulphuric waters), known since the Roman times.
