Charming holiday near Siena in a residential complex comprising an ancient farmhouse and some outbuildings which have been recently and skilfully restored and turned into 15 comfortable apartments, all of which tastefully furnished, in a rustic style. Perfect for a relaxing and charming holiday, the property is quietly situated and offers beautiful views over the surrounding landscape of Siena region. Distances: Pievescola with food shops 3 km, Casole d'Elsa with all kinds of shops 15 km, the renowned medieval little town of San Gimignano approx. 20 km, Monteriggioni approx. 10 km, Siena approx. 20 km. The charming San Galgano abbey is easily reachable in a 30-minute drive. At guests' disposal: large equipped garden, 2 swimming-pools (10 x 20 m - maximum depth 1,4 m and 10 x 5 m - maximum depth 1 m - both open from 01/05 to 30/09, from 9:00a.m. until 10:00p.m.), small swimming-pool with Jacuzzi (8 x 5 m - maximum depth 1 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09, from 9:00a.m. until 10:00p.m.), barbecue and playground for children. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 700 m. Parking within the grounds. Small pets are allowed. Extra services: shared laundry at guests' disposal, to be paid on the spot. By arrangement it is possible to hire a baby bed € 26,- / per week, to be paid locally. Arrivals must be on Saturdays from 14.00 and 18.00 o'clock.
