The property enjoying extensive views over the surrounding landscape, offers 8 comfortable and nice apartments, all of which tastefully furnished in a Tuscan rustic style. The location is ideal to visit both beautiful historical centers like Florence, Pisa and Lucca and the beaches of the Tuscan coastline which is only 30 km away. Distances: the centre of Lari with all kinds of shops 500 m away, Pisa 25 km, Livorno 30 km, Casciana Terme (with spas centre) 6 km, the nice town of Pontedera approx. 15 km away, Lucca approx. 40 km away. At guests’ disposal: well-kept shared garden furnished with garden furniture, large swimming-pool accessible by a Roman staircase (14 x 7 m – maximum depth. 1,4 m – open from 15/05 to 30/09), barbecue. Shared laundry with washing-machine (free of charge). All of the apartments are provided with satellite TV, wi-fi internet access and air conditioning. Parking within the grounds.
