This property has been carefully restored and turned into 6 comfortable apartments, all of which offering nice interiors furnished in a rustic style with some antiques. The location, among vineyards and olive groves is peaceful and dominates the Chianti Classico hills. Beautiful panoramic views with Siena in the distance are afforded. This property provides a well-kept large garden (6000 m2) with infinity pool whose use is to be shared among the 6 apartments.
At guests disposal: large panoramic garden (6000 m2), shared infinity swimming-pool (5,5 x 15 m - maximum depth 1,8 m ), solarium terrace with open-air shower (cold water), barbecue, oven for pizza, furnished loggia (35 m2), table tennis. Shared laundry with washing-machine and ironing facilities. All of the apartments are provided with alarm system and hair-dryer. Parking within the grounds. Extra services included in the rental price: linen change on Wednesdays. Extra services to be paid on the spot: Baby bed available upon request at € 70,- / per week (payable on site). Extra bed at € 105,- / per week (to be paid on site).
