Beautiful ancient hamlet dating back to the 13th century, situated 600 metres above sea level, in quiet and panoramic location, near Arezzo. This property comprises 5 charming apartments which have been carefully restored and a beautiful manor house occupied by the owners. The hamlet is surrounded by nice woods and offers large well-kept outside areas with extensive views over the Tuscan landscape. The location is very quiet and is ideal to enjoy a relaxing holiday in close contact with nature. At a short distance there is the small beautiful medieval hamlet of Civitella surrounded by ancient walls and offering food shops and a few restaurants. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Distances: Civitella 1,5 km away, Battifolle with all kinds of shops about 10 km, Arezzo and Monte San Savino 20 km, Florence approx. 70 km away, Siena 65 km, Perugia 95 km. At guests’ disposal: large furnished outdoor areas, infinity pool (irregular shape approx. 8 x 4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), boule, table tennis. Use of a shared washing-machine. Parking within the grounds. Extra Services: Baby bed and high-chair available on request (payment on site). Maid service available by arrangement € 10,- / per hour to be paid locally.
