This property is peacefully situated on the west slope of Mount Cetona on a large 7-hectare estate and offers beautiful panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and over the Orcia valley. All of the units are nicely furnished in a rustic style. This hamlet provides a large park (10000 square meters) with century-old trees, heated pool, tennis court, playground for children, bowling green and barbecue. The location is ideal to discover the most beautiful corners of Tuscan and Umbria: within 50 km there are several charming towns such as Cetona, Montalcino, Montepulciano and Pienza. The nice spas of San Casciano dei Bagni are approx. 9 km away while Chianciano spas are 20 km away. Lake Trasimeno is approx. 40 km away. The access to the property is via an unpaved road of approx. 1,9 km.
