The house comprises 2 additional units, one of which is occupied by the owners who are willing to let their guests share their country life and experiences. The outside areas offers a nice panoramic pool, a well-groomed garden and a large lawn with volleyball and soccer ground. On the hill top, near the property, there is a ancient medieval panoramic tower dating back to the 11th century that the owners can show their guests upon request. These 2 units are connected by an internal staircase and can be rented together to accommodate up to 10 people. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 1,5 km. Distances: San Gimignano with general stores 5 km away, Poggibonsi with supermarkets 5 km, Certaldo 15 km away, Siena 35 km away, Volterra 40 km, Florence (airport) 55 km, Pisa (airport) a 125 km.
