Nice complex comprising 4 welcoming units which have been recently restored, situated in quiet and panoramic location on the hills surrounding the lovely town of Volterra. All of the apartments provide an equipped outdoor area and offer nice, comfortable interiors furnished in a rustic Tuscan style. The property is surrounded by a large outside area with a beautiful panoramic pool. The access to the house is via an unpaved, well-maintained road. Distances: Fabbrica with groceries 2 km away, Volterra with general stores 25 km, Pisa (airport) approx. 50 km away, Florence (airport) 50 km away. The renowned beautiful medieval town of San Gimignano is in a 30-minute drive. At guests’ disposal: large garden with panoramic swimming-pool (6 x 12 m – min. depth 0,7 m – max. depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09). Bikes available (free of charge). Shared laundry (€ 4,- / per washing). Parking within the grounds. Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request (payment on site).
