Nice farming villa in Tuscany, Italy, comprising 2 small independent stone farmhouses, which were skilfully restored and turned into 3 nice apartments, all of which offering comfortably interiors decorated in a rustic style. This villa in Tuscany, Italy, if quietly situated on the hills surrounding Volterra and affords beautiful, extensive views over the surrounding landscape. The owners live in a third farmhouse close by. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Distances: Volterra with all kinds of shops 10 km, the renowned medieval town of San Gimignano 18 km, Pisa approx. 60 km, Firenze approx. 70 km. The beaches of Cecina are reachable in a one-hour drive from the villa. At guests' disposal: small furnished garden with barbecue (one for each apartment) and shared swimming pool (12 x 6 m - maximum depth 1,7 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09) situated approx. 200 m from Ulignano 3. Shared laundry available. All of the apartments are privided with ADSL internet access (free of charge). Extra services: baby bed available by arrangement (free of charge). Maid service available by arrangement € 10,- / per hour, payable locally. Pets are allowed.
