Nice property comprising 4 apartments situated in panoramic location on the hills surrounding Florence which is only 10 km away. All of the apartments have been recently restored and offers charming and cosy interiors furnished in a Tuscan style. Beautiful views of Florence and the surrounding landscape are afforded. A nice shared swimming-pool is approx. 50 m away from the apartments. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. At arrival, the owners (who live on the property) offer to their guests some basic food items like milk, water, biscuits… At guests’ disposal: furnished garden, shared swimming-pool (12 x 6 m maximum depth 1,5 m). All of the apartments provides mosquito nets, satellite TV and internet connection (not ADSL). Parking within the grounds. Extra Services: Baby bed available free of charge. Extra single bed: € 50,- per week. Joga classes can be arranged on request (payment on site). Small pets are allowed by paying an extra price of € 100,- as security deposit.
