Distances: the small town of Bagnolo with food shops 4 km away, Cortona with all kinds of shops 13 km, Città di castello 40 km, Arezzo 40 km, Lake Trasimeno 30 km away. At guests’ disposal: furnished garden, nice shared swimming-pool (7 x 14 m – maximum depth 2,4 m – open from 15/05 to 30/09), playground for children, table tennis, tables, chairs, barbecue.
