Nice farmhouse comprising 3 spacious and cosy apartments situated in the area surrounding the medieval town of Cortona. This property is set on a hill in very quiet location and overlooks Cortona and the surrounding landscape. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Distances: Montecchio with food shop 4 km, Camucia with shopping mall 8 km, Lake Trasimeno 13 km, Cortona approx. 15 km, Arezzo 30 km. Horse-back riding facilities nearby the villa to enjoy the landscapes and nature of Tuscany. In the villa, at guests' disposal: large garden equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, fenced swimming pool (7 x 14 m – maximum depth 1,9 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09), table tennis, volley-ball ground, playground for children and tennis court at 400 m to be shared with guests staying at the house Archi. Free WI-FI internet access available (starting from May 2011) in the pool area at the proeprty Archi, 400 m away. Bikes available. Mosquito nets in all of the 3 apartments. Parking within the grounds. Extra services: on request it is possible to hire a baby bed (€ 20,- / per week) and an extra bed (€ 30,- / per week), payment on the spot. Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 26,- / per week (payment on the spot).
