Charming and recently renovated 19th-century country house, made up of 6 apartments. The well-maintained property is only a few kilometers from the medieval village of Lucignano, which lies just 25 km from Arezzo. The apartments are comfortable, and furnished in a rustic, Tuscan style. The shared garden surrounding the house offers lawns, a pool, sun deck and furnished gazebo. In addition to the 6 apartments, there are 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms available for large groups (prices upon request). The motorway and local train line run about 600 meters away from the house. Distances: Lucignano with shops of all kinds 4 km away, Monte San Savino 7 km, Arezzo (railway station with convenient daily connections to Florence and Rome) 25 km away, Cortona 30 km, Siena 50 km, Florence 85 km away. Approx. 20 km from this property away there is a large outlet ('Valdichiana Outlet Village') where several brands of shoes, jewels, cosmetics, clothes are available at excellet rates. At guests' disposal: large garden with pool (12 x 6 m - minimum depth 1,2 m - maximum depth 2,4 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09, from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:30), sun deck, furnished gazebo and barbecue. Washing machine in common room, € 5,- / load. The property is entirely fenced-in. A nice 'taverna' offring Tuscan recipes is available by arrangement. Internet available free of charge in the common room (only when the property owners are present). In front of the main rooms there is also a furnished outbuilding with smoking tables and armchairs. Parking within the grounds. Extra services: Baby bed available free of charge. Additional bed € 30,- / week (only available in apartments Tamara 3, 4, 5 and 6), to be paid on the spot. Maid service € 10,- / hour (to be paid on the spot). Dinners can be organized at the property, at the price of € 30,- / person. Breakfast service available upon request (€ 7,5 / person / day). 6 mountain bikes are available for rent (€ 3,- / day / bike). Small pets are permitted at an additional charge of € 40,-. A beautiful common room with a table for 40 people, fireplace (woods to be paid on the spot according to consuption - € 15,- / quintal), TV room and professional kitchen is available to rent, at a charge of € 250,- / day. For the New Year's period the price is € 400,- / day. This shared room can also be used as a restaurant (during the months of May, June, July, August and September open only for guests staying at Tamara) in order to arrange nice Tuscan dinners (€ 25,- / per person drinks excluded - min. 25 partecipants). For the rest of the year this room can also be rented to people who are not staying at Tamara).
