This property, dating back to the 17th century and has been recently and carefully restored with its original architectural features and its ancient charm preserved. All the units provide air conditioning and satellite TV. The outside areas offer a well-groomed garden with a beautiful pool and a nice outbuilding with sauna and 4-seat Jacuzzi bathtub. This property is surrounded by 7 hectares of olive groves and woods and enjoys amazing views over the Pratomagno mountains and Tuscan landscape. The estate is situated a short distance away from some of the major art cities in Tuscany such as Arezzo, Florence, Siena and is in easy access to the all of central-Tuscany villages and towns. Distances: Loro Ciuffenna with general stores 4 km away, Arezzo 35 km, Florence 55 km away, Greve in Chianti and the Chianti Classico villages within 30 – 50 km, Siena 60 km away, San Gimignano 75 km away. At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden, swimming-pool (13 x 6 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09).. Shared laundry with washing-machine and dryer.
