General conditions

The property company APE MAIA S.a.s. with offices in Firenze, Via Francesco Bocchi 2/a - P. IVA 05565650487 - deals in real estate mediation – Inscription to the Role of Real estate Agents n° 4505 of the Province of Florence ( CCIAA of Florence).


APE MAIA deals with the service of reservation.


APE MAIA is an estate agent specialising in renting to tourists, and we occupy ourselves with the service of reservations and all mediations on behalf of the owners or of the travel agent or tour operators with whom we collaborate.


Upon booking the client must complete the form accepting without reservation or exception the general renting conditions. With acceptance of the general conditions, the client assumes all obligations inherent in renting the property.


Confirmation of booking along with the address of the chosen property will be sent to the client upon receipt of payment. The confirmation (or voucher) must be presented to the owner or a representative upon arrival.
