INFORMATIVE for treatment of personal details
In accordance with article 13 of the laws no. 196/2003 Code on the subject of the protection of personal details (henceforth indicated simply as “Code”), the agency APE MAIA s.a.s. with legal office in 50126 Firenze, Via Francesco Bocchi 2/a, appointed with treatment of such details, informs that the personal details, records and tax information provided directly by the client will be handled on paper, computer and/or by data transmission with the purpose connected or instrumental to the actual activity of estate agency mediation, to the
drafting of rent contracts, to providing the service of reservation as well as the dispatching of publicity material related to promotions and services similar to those regarding this contractual report. The conferring of personal details is obligatory in order to allow the agency to carry out contractual, administrative and fiscal obligations required by law, while it is optional as far as promotional and commercial ends are concerned.
The personal details will not be the object of communication and/or diffusion to third parties unless in compliance with legal and/or contractual obligations and will be the object of treatment for the entire duration of the established contractual relationship and, subsequently, out of respect for the legal requirements and for future commercial purposes.
The client may exercise his/her rights of which article 7 Code (of which a copy is attached) to the limits and conditions provided in articles 8, 9 and 10 of the above-mentioned Code, by contacting the responsible for the handling of such personal details, in person Massimo Falchi, whom within the present law may be contacted by the following means:

I declare to have received the complete informative in compliance with article 13 of the Code regarding the protection of
personal details (of laws 196/03) together with the copy of article 7 of same Code and herby express my consent for such
personal details to be handled within the limits, for the purposes of and for the duration clarified in the same informative.
Article 7 of laws 196/2003.
1. The interested party has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of the personal details concerned,
even if not yet registered, and their communication in legible form.
2. The interested party reserves the right to obtain indication of: the origin of personal details; the purposes and methods of
handling personal details; the logic applied in case of the use of electronic instruments; the identification details of the
responsible, responsible or designated representative in compliance with article 5, subsection 2; the subjects or categories
of subjects to which personal details can be communicated or can be made accessible to in capacity as designated
representative in jurisdiction of the State, of responsible and employees.
3. The interested party reserves the right to obtain: the updating, or the rectification, when necessary the integration of
details; the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the blocking of details handled in violation of the law,
including those for which it is not necessary the conservation relative to the purposes for which such details have been
collected and subsequently handled; the certification that the operations of which letters a) and b), as well as their content,
have been brought to awareness, to whom details have been communicated or diffused, with the exception [49] of the
case in which such fulfilment of duties reveals itself impossible or requires an undertaking disproportionate to the protected
right.
4. The interested party reserves the right to oppose, either in whole or in part: for reasons legitimate to the treatment of
personal details concerned, pertinent to the purpose of collection; to the treatment of personal details concerning with the
purpose of dispatching publicity material or direct selling or for the completion of market research or commercial
communication.
