The house is located within the ancient fortified walls of a medieval village and provides a nice furnished hanging garden/terrace with beautiful panoramic views over the surrounding landscape. Within 40 km there are the Etruscan town of Volterra, the charming medieval hamlet of Bolgheri (renowned for the production of excellent wines and for a beautiful cypress-trees alley), the “Oasi of Bolgheri” (natural WWF preserve) and the beautiful beaches of the Etruscan coastline (Marina di Cecina, Marina di Bibbona and Marina di Castagneto). Distances: a food shop is in the village center (only a few meters away), the charming hamlet of Bolgheri 32 km away, Marina di Castagneto Carducci (beaches) and Cecina 32 km, Volterra 40 km away, San Gimignano approx. 70 km, Siena and Pisa (airport) 90 km, Lucca 114 km away, Florence (airport) 120 km away, Rome (airport) 270 km away.
